I think the only thing I would fix is that I usually draw a little blip for her nose (I can't describe it, but it's just like on Fefe, it's literally just a tiny, slightly curved line <D), just to show that her face isn't completely flat haha. Or if you'd rather, you could add like- a little shading at that spot somehow instead of actually DRAWING a line for the end of her nose.
I AM TERRIBLE AT DESCRIBING WHAT I MEAN. But I don't even care if you don't do ANYthing to it because I AM NOT THAT PICKY.
